When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name and email) and an authorization token to access Google Drive on your behalf.
When you use PropWalk, we collect photos uploaded through the capture flow and property information you enter (addresses, notes).
If you sign in with Google, we request permission to create files in your Google Drive (the drive.file scope). This permission is limited — we can only access files and folders that PropWalk creates. We cannot read, modify, or delete any other files in your Drive.
We store a refresh token to maintain Drive access. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Photos are stored in private storage buckets and accessed only through signed URLs. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate PropWalk (Supabase for database/storage, Vercel for hosting).
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
