By accessing or using PropWalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PropWalk is a web application that enables real estate wholesalers to collect guided property photos through shareable capture links. The service includes photo capture, storage, organization, and optional Google Drive export.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share capture links in a way that facilitates unauthorized access to properties

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to PropWalk. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Google Drive Integration

PropWalk's Google Drive integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service. When you use the Save to Drive feature, photos are copied to your personal Google Drive. PropWalk is not responsible for data stored in your Google Drive.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PropWalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
